We have been using Quickreply for all our WhatsApp requirements, from customer chats to broadcast Ad campaigns. The platform is user-friendly, and the QR Team is hands-on with prompt resolution to all our queries. The experience so far has been super smooth with organized and easy-to-filter-out chats.

After trying multiple WhatsApp API solutions, including Pragma, Bitespeed, Interakt, and AI Sensy, we’ve finally settled with QuickReply and I must say, it’s been a game-changer for our business. A special shoutout to QuickReply for offering best-in-class features and, more importantly, for their exceptional customization capabilities. Over my 4-year journey with various providers, I haven't seen anyone match this level of tailored support. Whether it's automating eCommerce flows or configuring unique campaign requirements, they’ve delivered beyond expectations. Initially, I was skeptical about investing ₹16,000/month for the Plus Plan, but it’s turned out to be worth every penny for the features and support they provide. The onboarding and implementation process can take around 10-20 days, depending on your specific requirements. I’d like to personally thank Deepash, Rahul, Rinkesh, and the technical team for their dedication and understanding of our needs. The only feature I’m currently missing is WhatsApp Pay, and I’m hopeful they’ll roll it out soon! Highly recommend QuickReply for anyone looking to scale their business through WhatsApp automation!
