I rarely leave reviews, but the QuickReply team truly deserves the accolades. Since its a niche app, setting up involves a few steps - but a simple Google Meet with their team and your store is ready to start interacting with customers via WhatsApp. They helped up build custom bots for placing COD orders, Prepaid orders, new product launches and so much more. Keep up the great work guys. Its a fantastic platform and helps improve your ROI tremendously.

This is a very versatile app- and has functionalities to recover abandoned cart, convert COD orders to prepaid, broadcast campaigns- and also interact with customers. Even though we are using only basic functions of the app, the app has already help us close many sales and increased our conversions.
