Von Helvy könnte sich noch so manches Unternehmen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Der Connector an sich ist sehr logisch und sinnvoll aufgebaut und bietet genau die Funktionalität, die man braucht. Auch Dinge, die auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht einleuchten, können genau durch Eigenheiten von Shopify oder bexio erklärt werden und sind bei genauerer Betrachtung bestmöglich gelöst. Der Kundenservice ist aber, was Helvy am krassesten von anderen Dienstleistern unterscheidet: Nicht bloss für Unterstützung beim Einrichten des Connectors, auch bei wirklichen Bugs oder wenn man sich einfach doof anstellt; zeitnah, menschlich und kompetent erhält man eine Antwort. Tena nimmt sich die Zeit, eine Email gut zu lesen und zu verstehen und kommuniziert effizient und zielführend. So werden kleine Probleme sofort gelöst, und grössere Dinge werden schnell erkannt und mit dem Entwicklerteam nach der besten Lösung gesucht. Ich weiss, wie anspruchsvoll Kundensupport sein kann. Umso beeindruckter bin ich davon, wie konstruktiv und ernsthaft Helvy diese schwierige Aufgabe meistert. Vielen Dank!

Funktioniert grundsätzlich sehr gut und Support + Beratung sind hervorragend. Feature Requests für die Zukunft können auch gemeldet werden.

Die Schnittstelle hat viele Probleme, synchronisiert falsche Beträge, falsche Konten, etc. Der Support antwortet auch kaum und löst die Probleme nach mehreren Monaten nicht.

Unfortunately, this app is essentially unusable in practice. It already fails at the most critical point: support. There is no understanding of the basic processes the app is supposed to cover, nor any recognizable accounting knowledge. Questions about core workflows are either misunderstood or answered incorrectly, and the tone of communication is unhelpful and at times unfriendly. Support: 1/5. From a functional perspective, the app is incomplete and poorly designed. It does not support inventory synchronization from Shopify to Bexio, which is a fundamental requirement for any serious integration. The overall concept is also not thought through: once you connect a bank interface, the invoices created by the app cannot be reconciled properly. Instead, you are forced to build a manual workaround using a transfer or clearing account just to make reconciliation possible. This completely defeats the purpose of automation and creates unnecessary accounting complexity. In summary: good intention, but very poor execution. If you value clean processes, proper accounting, and reliable integrations stay away from this app.
