Integrating the bexio connector has significantly streamlined our administration by centralizing all our billing in one location. Although the initial setup was quite complex, the benefit of having our records unified is invaluable, and we are especially grateful to Dalena for her outstanding and dedicated customer support throughout the process. Von Helvy könnte sich noch so manches Unternehmen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Der Connector an sich ist sehr logisch und sinnvoll aufgebaut und bietet genau die Funktionalität, die man braucht. Auch Dinge, die auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht einleuchten, können genau durch Eigenheiten von Shopify oder bexio erklärt werden und sind bei genauerer Betrachtung bestmöglich gelöst. Der Kundenservice ist aber, was Helvy am krassesten von anderen Dienstleistern unterscheidet: Nicht bloss für Unterstützung beim Einrichten des Connectors, auch bei wirklichen Bugs oder wenn man sich einfach doof anstellt; zeitnah, menschlich und kompetent erhält man eine Antwort. Tena nimmt sich die Zeit, eine Email gut zu lesen und zu verstehen und kommuniziert effizient und zielführend. So werden kleine Probleme sofort gelöst, und grössere Dinge werden schnell erkannt und mit dem Entwicklerteam nach der besten Lösung gesucht. Ich weiss, wie anspruchsvoll Kundensupport sein kann. Umso beeindruckter bin ich davon, wie konstruktiv und ernsthaft Helvy diese schwierige Aufgabe meistert. Vielen Dank!

Service client rapide et efficace.

Die Schnittstelle hat viele Probleme, synchronisiert falsche Beträge, falsche Konten, etc. Der Support antwortet auch kaum und löst die Probleme nach mehreren Monaten nicht.

Unfortunately, this app is essentially unusable in practice. It already fails at the most critical point: support. There is no understanding of the basic processes the app is supposed to cover, nor any recognizable accounting knowledge. Questions about core workflows are either misunderstood or answered incorrectly, and the tone of communication is unhelpful and at times unfriendly. Support: 1/5. From a functional perspective, the app is incomplete and poorly designed. It does not support inventory synchronization from Shopify to Bexio, which is a fundamental requirement for any serious integration. The overall concept is also not thought through: once you connect a bank interface, the invoices created by the app cannot be reconciled properly. Instead, you are forced to build a manual workaround using a transfer or clearing account just to make reconciliation possible. This completely defeats the purpose of automation and creates unnecessary accounting complexity. In summary: good intention, but very poor execution. If you value clean processes, proper accounting, and reliable integrations stay away from this app.

Der Support ist = 0. Die Schnittstelle läuft nicht korrekt. Die Rechnung in Bexio erscheint ohne Name. Unbrauchbar und diverse Kontaktaufnahmen mit dem Support bleiben ohne Antwort resp. wird man einfach vertröstet.

The app guides you with an onboarding process. But it does not set all the settings that it needs to function properly. I needed the support for this and it took us a bit over a week from the initial installation to fully working. Once all settings were done, it worked well and did exactly as advertised. First month was over, and the Quota did not reset. 0/0 available syncs. Im now waiting for a reply from support since 4 days. So my honest feedback: Support 2/5 Onboarding process 1/5 App itself once fully configured 5/5 Look and feel 4/5

Die Einrichtung dieser App war erfreulich unkompliziert und der gesamte Prozess wurde hervorragend geführt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war alles einsatzbereit. Auch im Problemfall zeigte sich der exzellente Support: Ein aufgetretenes Problem konnte innert kürzester Zeit gelöst werden. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Helvy Bexio Connector und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The Multicurrency dosent work right in CHF and EUR/USD Exchange. Also the Price is not fair. As in other of many bad Reviews you guys got it was always mentioned that the Price should be settled at 9.99$ or less. this is simply ridiculous and unprofessional. Please Fix.

This is a great app that is simple to set up and use. It has all the functionalities you need. Most importantly, it has amazing people behind it. It offers the best customer service I've experienced with app developers — very helpful and quick. Highly recommended!

Wow - was für einen Support. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser App. Dank der App spare ich so viel Zeit, da es mir alle Dokumente (Lieferschein, Auftragsbestätigung und Rechnung) ohne irgendwelchen Aufwand direkt funktioniert. Da ich mehrere Shops habe, äusserte ich den Wunsch, dass man die Rechnungsvorlage ändern kann, damit ich das nicht bei jedem Dokument manuell machen muss. Und ich bin einfach sprachlos, nach nicht mal 48h war dies bereits umgesetzt. Es muss mehr solche Anbieter geben. Danke das ihr mir hilft, Zeit zu sparen.
