Carti: AI Shopping Assistant

I run a Christian apparel store, and a lot of customers come in after seeing something specific in a Facebook ad. The issue was always getting them from that ad to the right product or collection. Carti has been a huge help. Customers describe what they’re looking for, and it shows products that match, much better than our old search. Setup was fast too. It pulled in our catalog and was live in one night. Only thing I’d tweak is having a bit more control over the mobile greeting, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade.

This app is a hidden gem! I thought Carti was just a simple AI chat app, but it ended up helping my business in ways I didn’t expect. It feels smart, has solid fallback answers when it does not know something, and transitions naturally into product recommendations without feeling pushy or overly sales focused. The conversations stay engaging while still keeping purchase intent. It felt like built-in market research while the well-trained AI kept customers engaged and helped drive sales. I already have a few new products in mind based on chat log conversations from this app, which is as important to us as revenue generated. I honestly did not expect this level of value from an app like this, and I’m really glad I installed it.
