I would like to thank and say that working with the support team Anna, Trist, Harry, Jenny, and Chloe has been a genuinely positive experience. I would call them the “Progression Team” because they truly get things fixed and done. They identified the pricing-hide issue on my Shopify store and resolved it through a few back-and-forth emails, despite the time zone differences between us. Communication was always prompt, clear, and easy to follow. Most importantly and this is rare I never felt like I was dealing with separate individuals.
