Had a great experience with Nextools, especially with Andrea from their team. We had some tricky shipping settings to figure out on our Shopify site. Andrea was super helpful, always on the ball with clear, easy-to-understand advice. Loved how they sent over screencasts to walk us through stuff – made things a lot easier. This app is great!!! This successfully allows my store to hide Media mail options when people add non media items to their cart. After years of trying to find a solution to that problem, this app finally fixed my issues. Also customer service was great, i reached out before installing the app and their communication was fast and top notch.

This is the perfect app to hide free shipping to all customers but your VIP customers who happen to have a tag to offer them free shipping. I use it for my authorized distributors who get free shipping over a certain amount. Amazing customer support too.

Was looking the options to disable Cash on delivery for Pre- orders. Unfortunately cart customizations were only available on shopify plus, but this app have helped me in doing so. Great Support team.

This app is great! I ran into some trouble while setting up the rule associated with a "Tag". Andrea was so helpful. He first emailed me a response to my question, then told me about the chat inside the app. He was even willing to chat with me on a Saturday morning/afternoon, if you can believe it! I would highly recommend this app.
