Excellent service and incredibly fast support. We needed a custom solution to add a strike-through to out-of-stock products/variants and also make sure our Notify Me popup continued to work correctly. They understood exactly what we needed and completed the custom work within just a couple of hours. Everything is now working perfectly. Really impressed with the speed, communication and technical expertise. Highly recommended!
The team at HiVar is absolutely amazing! I'm using the app in a way that it wasn't really intened for, but I didn't know that at the time of install. Once I was playing around with it, I realized that it wouldn't do what I needed, so I contacted support and told them my situation and they worked on the back end to make their app do exactly what I needed it to do. Communication was fast and efficient. It took a few tries of using the app and going back and forth with support as they would make adjustments and have me try it on my end and I would report back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP! Its a great app with a great support team behind it!
