Don’t be fooled by the “onboarding” staff that want to convince you to sign up for payroll. Trying to get help with issues or corrections is virtually impossible. They will not speak with you on the telephone, nor will they even provide emails for contact. We have been waiting for almost 6 months for corrected W2s for our employees. Each time is is incorrect, they want to charge more money and add and additional 4-6 weeks for corrections. If you use the free version for time clock, etc. you may be safe. DO NOT USE HOMEBASE FOR PAYROLL OR TAX PURPOSES.

Says it's free but then does not allow you to select the basic plan, forces you to select/automatically enrolls you in a paid plan which you can't delete unless you downgrade to the basic plan which it won't let you select. Horrible.

The app was working fine for what I needed it to do, up until it wasn't. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it for the past week just to get it open.

I have tried for two months to downgrade this app. I have gotten the runaround between Homebase and Shopify support to get this downgraded. At this time, I'm still being charged and don't want this app with the paid version. Before all of this, I enjoyed the app till I've had to get this situation resolved.
