Very disappointing experience. The app is full of bugs, and there is virtually no support when problems arise, even if you're paying for the highest plan at $340 per month. What a shame! I have an issue that is causing me to lose a significant number of upsell sales. After 7 days, not a single developer has been able to investigate the problem, and the only response I keep receiving from support is to "please be patient." No workaround, no solution, no clear timeline, and no accountability. This is the first time I've encountered such an unresponsive and ineffective support team, especially from a company charging premium prices. When a bug directly impacts revenue, customers deserve immediate attention, not endless waiting. I don't recommend this app to anyone who relies on their business running smoothly.
