Real great customer service and clear instructions. I've tried a few different upsell apps, but i've come back to this one. They go above & beyond and respond fast.. which is a huge plus. Too many of these apps/companies are slow to respond, which isnt good in today climate. Nice one!

WOW! Its better and cheaper tahn any of the other upsell apps! Customer support is incredible!! I had a lot of custom things that I needed help with and I was able to get on live chat with the developer and he was able to do everything I asked and more. Customer service is truly amazing and they are also a very small team so you are able to develop a realtionship with them and have the same person help you every time! They litterally ehlp me with anything technical I need in relation to their app!!

This app is great and the free version is especially useful if you are getting 100 orders or less per month! You've got nothing to lose!

Excellent features and themes that could be used in any business. The customer service is beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend this app.

I chose this over zipify OCU. From my past experience Jonathan and his team are very focused on providing stellar customer service, and honeycomb upsell was no different. The app works great and the minor bugs that arose were quickly fixed by Jonathan and his team. Great app, already getting a lot of extra $$$

I’m only new to the app, however I utilised the free support offered by honeycomb to help design a customised checkout upsell ad. The result was terrific and the team done a great job providing a customised ad to match my store, very quickly. Thanks so much to Lynda S and team for the great work.

Wow! This Support is so fast - even on the weekend! I added them to my Store for creating the design and an hour later i get the mail that they are done already and which steps i should take next - so big thanks to the Conversionbear-Team and especially to Lynda (who answered all of my questions)! I installed the app today and just got my first sale! Thank you for building such a great app and providing such amazing customer support. Setup was a breeze, it took me like 5 minutes to create a funnel. Conversion Bear's team was kind enough to design the app's look to match my brand. It looks perfect now. Thank you so much! I would give this app negative stars if I could. I spent time meticulously setting up multiple funnels, customizing every detail, constantly checking the preview for accuracy and watching every single training video just to have the funnels not even work. I also went through every trouble shooting step to fix the error and it still did not work. Waste of time and effort, I prefer apps that actually work.
👋 Another script in your storefront is blocking the app from showing - this one: spurit.global-2.x.min.js. It seems to be leftover dead code in your theme.liquid file. Once it's removed - funnels work instantly. I wish there was a technical way around it. The spurit code is taking over the "checkout" button click, blocking our app from showing. This type of situation is heavily covered in our faq and chat troubleshooting documents. That said, I'm sorry you had a bad first experience. I really appreciate your time and effort creating upsell funnels. You trusted us enough to carve out time and take a peek into what we’re working on. I don’t take that trust lightly. I will be happy to set up the app for you right away and recover any lost work. I can assure you that the app is working, and working well. Extremely useful plugins, but what I appreciate more is their professional customer support staff. I contacted them twice asking for their advices and in both times they responded to me and apply the requested changes in less than 15 minutes

This is my first day using the app and it is SO MUCH EASIER to use than most other pre-purchase and one click upsell apps out there. Also you can edit the fonts and the style to match you branding so it does not look spamy! The best part? Their customer service rep Jonathan is a HERO. Not only he helped me set up my funnels but he also gave me some valuable marketing tips. I recommend it 100%.
