Olauto review for HumanTouch: Helpdesk & Chat

Having been in the D2C space for over a decade, I can say with confidence that this is the easiest to use and most well thought-out customer success platform I've used. For a mid-size brand, it does exactly what I need in a streamlined way that perfectly integrates with Shopify. I love that it allows me to leverage the power of AI without de-humanizing the experience for both me and my customers. Besides doing all of the basic customer support work you'd expect, I'm even using it to manage wholesale requests...not something I would have expected to use a platform like this for, but it's got that flexibility which is nice.
