Without Hype Discounts, we would not have been able to run our Black Friday sale. We have >10 markets, all in individual currencies, and wanted to set sale prices by market vs. just blanket a x% off promo, as well as different thresholds for our cart-size promo by market by currency. Hype Discounts was the ONLY app we found that enabled that AND allowed us to be very explicit about inclusions and exclusions in terms of products from the promo. It was easy to use and get setup in minutes, and we look forward to using the app regularly in the future.

Hype is incredible. With Shopify’s native discounting limitations, it opens up endless possibilities with creative discounting campaigns. The secret link that dynamically changed prices (with strikethrough pricing only for link visitors plus multiple tiers of discount based on collections or products) was exactly what we needed for an early access campaign. The team were also exceptional to deal with. Super responsive and helped with everything!

I had an outstanding experience with Hype’s support team, especially with Geon. We reached out only a few hours before an important 24-hour promotion, and we were in a very complicated situation trying to set up live pricing, crossed-out old prices, and a discount link for a email campaign. Geon jumped in immediately, guided us step by step, and even configured the live pricing schema directly for us. He was patient, fast, and incredibly clear despite my imperfect English. Thanks to him, everything was working perfectly in time for the promo—including the special “magic link” we needed to send customers directly to a specific landing page. He literally saved us right before the campaign went live. We’re extremely grateful for his help and professionalism. Thank you, Geon—you saved the day!

We ran into an issue with product handle translations, and the team fixed everything incredibly quickly. Their support was fast, clear, and super helpful. The app works perfectly for managing promotions across multiple languages. Highly recommended!
