We’ve been using Hyperspeed for our Shopify store and are truly impressed by both the performance improvement and outstanding support. The app significantly boosted our page speed and user experience. Most importantly, their technical team is incredibly professional and responsive — every issue we reported was handled quickly and with care. They genuinely understand Shopify merchants’ needs and always go the extra mile to make sure everything works perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone who values speed, reliability, and top-notch support!

Orlando is the guy! Really got our site firing quickly and immediately saw a HUGE increase in conversion rate. It really showed how sluggish our site was going. They are even great at further customizing to your store to get the extra out of it vs. their starting configuration. Their processing for image compression is also insane. The hardest compression they have you can't tell the difference and really brought down our KB per image. Overall 100% using on all of our e-comm stores.

We’ve been blown away by the fantastic support from the Hyperspeed Extreme team. Not only did their solution dramatically improve our page speed, but their support team went above and beyond to answer every question quickly and clearly. It’s rare to find a company that combines a great product with such responsive and knowledgeable support. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their site performance to the next level!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hyperspeed deserves it. Lightning-fast support, an expert jumped in and handled everything, and my site is genuinely faster. Highly recommend!!!!

I initally gave this a 1 star because it deserved one. Now I am giving it a 5 star and would say that it is comparable to Nitro Pak for Wordpress which is the best so they are the best but you have to contact them and have them do your website custom. It's free. If you do it yourself you will not receive the benefits this app has to offer and on shopify there are limited apps that truly improve your speed, this app does and they can also quickly remove the code although you will not want to once you see the effects. I highly recommend them however there should be a notice that says EMAIL US DIRECTLY so you can get a custom link that actually is awesome. Anyway im an american and this app is wonderful, so glad it exist, making shopify faster for SEO is difficult on shopify.

The app is amazing - it nearly doubled my store's speed by optimizing images and using an intelligent script delay system. The support team is also fantastic - they respond within minutes and always understand exactly what my store needs

1. The app is easy to use and has a direct impact on site speed. 2. There's a team that configures the app for you. 3. We've probably tested over 100 apps — this is the best support team by far. They reply to every email immediately, at any hour, and with real solutions, not automated messages. 4. The price could be a bit more reasonable, but it's not a reason to lower the rating. Thanks for all!

Great app, but the support is incredible. We reached out thinking there was a conflict related to their code, which turned out to not be the case. Alex on their support team didn't just stop there though, he took the time to investigate the issue, and pin-pointed exactly what was causing it, even though it had nothing to do with their code. Super impressed!

The Hyperspeed support team is bar-none the best support I have ever dealt with. They know their product, they know shopify, they know customer service, they are patient and they get sh*t done. Call out to Orlando who spent the better part of a day helping me tracking down a script disabling our add to cart tracking while maintaining a blazing fast site speed score and loading time. You rock dude. Give that man a bonus. This thing no doubt has improved the conversion rate on our site and pays for itself.

My website has sped up CONSIDERABLY! In addition, Hyperspeed's tech support is super responsive and quick should you need help. I am THRILLED that my site is lightening fast! I cannot recommend Hyperspeed enough!!!
