I initally gave this a 1 star because it deserved one. Now I am giving it a 5 star and would say that it is comparable to Nitro Pak for Wordpress which is the best so they are the best but you have to contact them and have them do your website custom. It's free. If you do it yourself you will not receive the benefits this app has to offer and on shopify there are limited apps that truly improve your speed, this app does and they can also quickly remove the code although you will not want to once you see the effects. I highly recommend them however there should be a notice that says EMAIL US DIRECTLY so you can get a custom link that actually is awesome. Anyway im an american and this app is wonderful, so glad it exist, making shopify faster for SEO is difficult on shopify.

They reply to every email immediately, at any hour, and with real solutions, not automated messages. 4. The price could be a bit more reasonable, but it's not a reason to lower the rating. Great app, but the support is incredible. We reached out thinking there was a conflict related to their code, which turned out to not be the case. Alex on their support team didn't just stop there though, he took the time to investigate the issue, and pin-pointed exactly what was causing it, even though it had nothing to do with their code. Super impressed!

The Hyperspeed support team is bar-none the best support I have ever dealt with. They know their product, they know shopify, they know customer service, they are patient and they get sh*t done. Call out to Orlando who spent the better part of a day helping me tracking down a script disabling our add to cart tracking while maintaining a blazing fast site speed score and loading time. You rock dude. Give that man a bonus. This thing no doubt has improved the conversion rate on our site and pays for itself.

We tried a ton of other apps (Booster, TinyIMG) and we only got incremental improvements in our site speed. But when I tried Hyperspeed, I got a HUGE boost in site speed. The support team was SUPER responsive and made sure my site loaded extremely fast! The Pagespeed improvement is noticeable, and their team eventually responded to my support request and provided a satisfactory solution. Though there were some delays initially, the app has proven to be effective. If you’re considering it, give their support team a chance—they do come through!
