Good app with responsive support. The support team was helpful and managed to solve my requests, which I appreciate. That said, they ask for reviews very frequently almost in every support email which felt a bit excessive. Overall, solid functionality and acceptable support.

I really needed an option to have my customers agree to my terms, especially since august 2025 when the US cancelled the below $800 de-minimus tax free import threshold for consumers. Recently I wanted to upgrade to a new version of the theme. Termzy did not work and I contacted support who solved the problem rapidly and again I'm a very happy customer.

My store has a custom cart draw which I couldn't get the app to show on (it worked fine on the basket page), but Termzy support was able to get it working in no time.

Even after activating the ap on my shop with the Motion theme, the check box did not populate. I tried with shipping destinations in and outside the USA (where I am located). I tried reaching out to customer service for support yesterday and still have not heard back even though their hours are from 7am to 5pm. I ended up going with another ap.

The Terms & Conditions app is excellent. It's user-friendly, and the setup was a breeze. The support team is responsive and provides prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly recommend.

Great app, just what we were looking for. We sell alcohol, and it allows us to confirm legal age when ordering. Mady was able to help with adjustments, making everything work seamlessly.

I have purchased Termzy and installed it and still can't get the checkbox at my cart for customers. I have reached out to support 4 times and have not been contacted back. Edit - The emails were not received by the Termzy team, searching their email didn't show that they had tried to communicate with me previously. Hence, no reply until the 6th day, when I finally received one of their emails (after this review was done). The setup details didn't illustrate how to "simply" enable them within the theme settings. Furthermore, not having the T&C's checkbox resulted in a customer refund of $77, I was offered $2 worth of free monthly subscription, and I was asked on 3 separate occasions to remove this review stating "it impacts our team despite our efforts to help" and that it "would really help me professionally".
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our support team responded to your emails multiple times, but it seems we didn’t receive any replies. Once we finally received a response from you, we checked your store and found that the app was simply not enabled in the theme settings.
