The app works very well and the support team has also been responsive and thorough when helping me investigate a technical issue. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to look into the problem . Centous Solutions has been very professional and helpful throughout.

Simple app that does one important job flawlessly. We needed customers to accept our terms before checkout at Amaluna Vogue and Termzy took minutes to set up — clean checkbox, works on every device, zero conflicts with our theme. Support answered our one question within the hour. Sometimes the best apps are the ones you install and never have to think about again. Recommended!

The app does what it says it will do. Doesn’t seem to slow down the site and support has been reactive and helpful. Edit on Aug 17th: Again some customers have been able to checkout without ticking the accept the terms and conditions box. Unfortunately we need this to work 100% of time and not 98%

Good app with responsive support. The support team was helpful and managed to solve my requests, which I appreciate. That said, they ask for reviews very frequently almost in every support email which felt a bit excessive. Overall, solid functionality and acceptable support.

Excellent service, I'm glad I chose this app. Reliable! I recommend the app, for sure.
My store has a custom cart draw which I couldn't get the app to show on (it worked fine on the basket page), but Termzy support was able to get it working in no time.
Helpful and acting quickly and proactive
Even after activating the ap on my shop with the Motion theme, the check box did not populate. I tried with shipping destinations in and outside the USA (where I am located). I tried reaching out to customer service for support yesterday and still have not heard back even though their hours are from 7am to 5pm. I ended up going with another ap.
The Terms & Conditions app is excellent. It's user-friendly, and the setup was a breeze. The support team is responsive and provides prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly recommend.
