The checkbox did not appear on some browsers. I contacted for help and I got help. Everything could have gone well if the app was compatible with multilingual sites. Useless app for multilingual sites. I paid 2 months for nothing.

They were great to work with. They were able to move this box to our checkout page rather than the product page and they customized some design aspects allowing us to put in more verbiage. Very easy to work with and very fast. I would recommend 100%.

This is an excellent option for automated access to terms of use agreements so that we can then provide automated product fulfillment instantly (customers expect that)! Excellent support to customize the app to our specific needs!

Got the app as it seems to be simple to use and serving my needs. After not working at first for unkown reasons to me, they offered help right away and it's working correctly.

Very easy integration and customer support is efficient and kind. You can modify without problems the test, and the link to the terms & conditions pages adapts based on the language used. Customer service responds fast, and acts quickly to fix any details you would need. Recommended! :)

I installed the app with no issues. It worked first go on my cart page however my shopify theme has a drawer cart also. The app was't showing up on the drawer cart so customers could get to checkout without accepting the terms of service. I contacted Tech Dignity and in less than 24hrs they were in contact and the problem was solved. Fantastic, prompt customer service. Now the app works both on my cart page and on the drawer cart perfectly

Raj offers the best customer support. Fast replies and excellent work. I had a little problem with the app at first but it got fixed quickly. I needed a very detailed solution for my store and within a few hours it was precisely like I wanted it to be done. You cannot find a better customer support anywhere on Shopify.

Easy to use, had a few issues regarding the way the tick box was behaving on my store. Emailed Raj at Tech Dignity and the issue was sorted quickly. Now works perfectly, exactly the way I want!

I am really pleased with the result after asking for changes. I highly recommend the app but you may need to ask the team to tweak it to suit your needs if you are subject to GDPR.
