We recently integrated iCart into our Shopify store, and the onboarding experience has been excellent. The support team didn’t just help with the installation, they took the time to understand our business goals and configured the app based on our requirements. They also helped with custom adjustments, including improvements for our GoKwik checkout flow, and have been very responsive throughout the process. The app offers a wide range of cart upsell, cross-sell, and gift options with a clean interface that’s easy to manage.
