Liz in partner support was fantastic to work with and was able to solve my issues. When reaching out for support though make sure you reach to the appropriate support channel for partners.. I didn't realize it at the time but i spent quite a bit of time on the customer/enduser side of support not partner support.

Brian from tech support stepped in to help me solve an issue we had. After an exchange of emails, he was ultimately nice enough to set up a video call and walk through each step to trouble shoot the problem and was able to solve the issue. Brian was friendly, courteous, and happy to help, and I greatly appreciated that.
