Unfortunately, I have also been unable to use the app. When customers click on their link, there is an error. I have tried many times for help, and to this day, I have not had a solution or even a person willing to help me look into it further. I was hoping for good things, but this company has issues, and it is a shame.

Doesn't work. Error message :( There is no customer service or support number. I have submitted an email requesting assistance and I still haven't heard back.

App doesn't work. It's been more than a month and no one has reached out to help us fix the issue.

Very disappointed with this app. The "Verify Me" links didn't work after setup and there is no documentation to help understand what might be going on. Also couldn't disable the app as other reviewers have pointed out. Reached out to support and there was no response. I don't work with app vendors that don't support their apps.

The app stopped working and I have submitted multiple support tickets but still cannot get any support! I cannot even disable it, as it gives me an error, so all it does is upset my customers. DO NOT USE until they can get their support straightened out.

Used this App for over a year, and was very impressed with its performance. However, the app stopped working about 5 months ago (unable to access the dashboard to make modifications or change settings). Have email ID.me support over 6 times without a reply. We've since made a move to a different app out of desperation of poor customer service.
