Eshop Guide App Support 41092 -- Nichts machen, ein ganzen Tag. 1.000 Eur haben wir verloren, nur weil Eshop Guide heute kaputt ist.
Esperienza negativa. Il problema principale è che gli sconti non vengono riportati correttamente nel feed: una funzione base che dovrebbe semplicemente funzionare. Ho contattato il supporto più volte via email, ma dopo diversi scambi non ho ricevuto nessuna spiegazione concreta né una soluzione. Il punto è che non paghi solo i click: c'è anche un abbonamento mensile per un'app che non svolge ciò per cui paghi. Non la consiglio finché non sistemano sia il problema tecnico sia l'assistenza.
Preiserhöhung von 10$ auf 24$ bzw 20€ durch neues Preismodell. Wir bekamen eine Mail das nun auf ein Euro Modell umgestellt wird. Die Überraschung war dass aber das Starter Paket (alter Preis) bei unserem Shop nicht mehr funktioniert da wir die Varianten überschritten haben. Wir müssten nun also 20€ im Monat bezahlen statt bisher 10$. Diese Preiserhöhung ist schlichtweg dreist. Das alte Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war schon problematisch.
