VF Image Resizer worked exactly as advertised. I had tons of awkwardly sized and images that needed to be sorted. I bulk added a "resize" tag to all the products then ran a filter to just optimize those items. It turned them all into 1:1 squares perfectly. What's more it compressed the images without visual loss but saved a TON of storage space. Highly recommend.
