Since our subscription started in October 2025, the affiliate onboarding form has returned repeated errors, making it effectively non-functional. We have reported this issue multiple times. Most reports went unanswered or received delayed responses. Impact support confirmed this is a bug and escalated it to engineering. Months later, it remains unresolved and we have not been provided with a timeline for a fix. As a result, we have been unable to properly onboard affiliates, which has directly limited our program growth and negatively affected prospective partner relationships. We have been paying for a platform whose core onboarding functionality has not worked since the start of our subscription. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Impact to other businesses.

Setting up an affiliate program can usually be a headache, but Impact made it easy. The onboarding was seamless and the interface is very intuitive. We really appreciated how straightforward the whole process was. Highly recommend for anyone looking to scale their affiliate marketing without the typical setup stress.

Onboarding was very straightforward. I appreciate Janine taking the time to walk me through the setup, share some best practices, and answer my questions as we went. I'm hopeful this will make a big impact on our DTC growth!
