Setup was fast, tracking worked on day one, and deep links attribute correctly. Promo code commissioning lets us credit partners on code use, which is perfect for offline and VIP codes. Contract proposals, partner messages, and creatives live in one workflow, so onboarding new partners is simple. Marketplace discovery helps us find quality partners and the verification signals improve confidence. Reports export cleanly and support has been responsive. For Shopify brands that want to launch or migrate an affiliate program without heavy dev time, this app has been reliable.

Simple to set up and great support from the impact team! We ran into an error setting up subscription order tracking, and Kelsey on their support team worked with Shopify to get it fixed for us.

This is my first time using Impact, so I am not sure about its long-term effects on us; however, so far it has been going well. Their support team is also very responsive.

We’re almost fully set up on Impact, and I’ve had an incredible experience so far. Elle was fantastic—clear, knowledgeable, and helped us structure a package that actually fits our business and should perform really well. Janine handled our onboarding and was equally amazing. There’s a lot of information to take in, but she made everything straightforward and easy to understand. Her support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the Impact team has been outstanding. Highly recommend the platform and the people behind it.
