Impact.com failed to deliver the product that was sold to us. After months of effort, the platform proved overly complex, inefficient, and misaligned with our needs, delivering none of the functionality, usability, or productivity gains represented during the sales process. This was not a matter of onboarding struggles or internal prioritization shifts—the software simply did not perform as promised and created more friction than value. When we raised these concerns and requested a reasonable early termination, Impact’s response was to hide behind contract language rather than address the substance of the failure. Polite emails aside, the position was clear: outcomes don’t matter, performance doesn’t matter, and fees are owed regardless. Once off‑boarding begins, Impact bears virtually no ongoing cost, yet offers zero accountability or flexibility. If you’re evaluating Impact, understand that their commitment to customer success appears to end at contract signature, and the risk sits entirely with you.

Setting up an affiliate program can usually be a headache, but Impact made it easy. The onboarding was seamless and the interface is very intuitive. We really appreciated how straightforward the whole process was. Highly recommend for anyone looking to scale their affiliate marketing without the typical setup stress.

A Game-Changer for Our Partnership Management We've been using the Impact Shopify integration for about 1 month now, and it has completely streamlined how we manage affiliate and partnership campaigns. The setup was straightforward—we had the plugin connected and tracking orders within an hour. What really stands out is the automation: commissions, partner payouts, and performance reports are all handled seamlessly without manual work. The data sync with Shopify is reliable, and we’ve had no issues with order tracking or attribution. The support team also deserves a shout-out. The Impact.com was very helpful during set-up on our Shopify site. Over the platform is super easy to use and definitely adds many non-traditional ambassador and influencer layers with the added affiliate marketing components.

This app is impossible to use as a small brand. it is the least intuitive app and the pages are al confusing. and the companies that contact me are all just discount bots. it's terrible.

Impact has been a great affiliate platform to work with. Implementation is straightforward, and the analytics dashboard offers clear, detailed visibility into performance. This is especially valuable when working with sub-affiliates, as it makes tracking, attribution, and optimization much easier than other platforms.

Impact team has been awesome - from their patience through the sales process and onboarding - they definitely work to understand our business model and help us create a successful program together with their content creators.
