Huge shoutout to Janine from the Impact team. We ran into issues with test orders during onboarding, and she immediately jumped in to help. She hopped on a call, walked us through every step, and made sure everything was fully working before we wrapped. Her patience, expertise, and quick problem-solving made the entire setup process smooth and stress-free. We felt completely supported getting our program launched.

Non-stop spam. No matter what settings I applied I was bombarded with spam. Not real people but rather their "influencers" are a ton of questionable companies that offer coupons and fake reviews. Then from no where I could no longer log in. It suddenly started sending me a code to enter to get into my account - when I entered the code I kept getting this error. "A device with this name already exists. Please use a unique name to save a new device." Useless app. Glad I didn't sign up for the $500 a month and just opted for a free trial. Complete waste of time - best tho if they gave my email to a slew of spammers. Deleted.

Impact has been very solid with our experience with them. The cs has been perfect, with our cs rep Janine giving rapid, accurate, and helpful responses to our questions. The interface is a lot to take in, but their onboarding helps you get a grip on it asap. The platform functions and streamlines the media affiliate marketing process.

Fast onboarding, easy to transfer from our last affiliate partner, and responsive support. The platform itself is very intuitive. It's been great for us as a small founder owned and operated brand.

The onboarding team is extremely thorough and helpful in set up. It takes a bit of time to get familiar with navigating the platform, but once it is up and running it becomes second nature.

Love everything the platform has to offer. This is the easiest and fastest onboarding I have ever experienced with an affiliate platform. From sales to onboarding to support has been such a seamless experience. The platform itself is very self explanatory, not difficult to use at all. Can't wait for the new features that are being added as well!

Migrating impact with shopify was beyond easy! Just 1 click and we were all set. Our onboarding specialist was there to answer any additional questions and has been a great resource for the team. Excited to get ramped up and start seeing sales come in!

The Onboarding Success team at Impact, and specifically Janine Tuntuwa were very helpful in ensuring our recent migration to Shopify went smoothly – including testing in staging and confirming all tagging and tracking was correctly implemented post go-live.

Onboarding was self service. They charge you for an onboarding fee though. The staff was not prepped for our onboarding meeting either. They did all their prep live on the call with us. Example: "Next I will show you something really helpful for your account.... Oh, you've already done that" or "It would be really good for your profile if we put x in the profile, Oh, I see you've already done that" The Shopify integration instructions were not clear for what we needed to do as far as the testing event went. Once you did the testing, there was no confirmation that your testing was in process or complete. We ended up doing it live on a zoom with the integration specialist. If one field in the form was wrong on submission, it wipes the entire form and makes you type and re-attach everything again. This happened 2-3 times on one screen with 15 inputs. The form should hold the information and only show you the errors. Very frustrating to have to enter the information multiple times. Lastly, the app cannot handle "ranking up" when an affiliate reaches certain milestones. This was a key reason for switching to Impact. We wanted everything automated. Now we have additional admin work that needs done every week. We are 10 days into the program so we don't have much experience on the rest of their services yet.
