Impact.com failed to deliver the product that was sold to us. After months of effort, the platform proved overly complex, inefficient, and misaligned with our needs, delivering none of the functionality, usability, or productivity gains represented during the sales process. This was not a matter of onboarding struggles or internal prioritization shifts—the software simply did not perform as promised and created more friction than value. When we raised these concerns and requested a reasonable early termination, Impact’s response was to hide behind contract language rather than address the substance of the failure. Polite emails aside, the position was clear: outcomes don’t matter, performance doesn’t matter, and fees are owed regardless. Once off‑boarding begins, Impact bears virtually no ongoing cost, yet offers zero accountability or flexibility. If you’re evaluating Impact, understand that their commitment to customer success appears to end at contract signature, and the risk sits entirely with you.

This app is impossible to use as a small brand. it is the least intuitive app and the pages are al confusing. and the companies that contact me are all just discount bots. it's terrible.
