Working with Max & Soraya during our onboarding process was great! Our Team at Impact was super helpful down the smallest of details, as we went through the different steps of technical integration. At different points during the integration's set-up we needed to introduce different internal team members, who were all pleased with the support and ease of working with our Impact Onboarding team.

I was specifically looking for an affiliate software that was easy to integrate with Shopify and Impact.com held true to that statement. Throughout the sales process I was told it would be a few clicks to get the integration set up based on my store goals. Once I made the purchase, that statement was 100% accurate. I was able to connect, and test the integration myself with a few clicks (I am not a technical person) and it only took 15 - 20 minutes.

Gone are the days of placing a pixel, testing with your dev team, tweaking some things, rinse and repeat for several weeks. Impact shopify integration was finalized within a week of testing. It is an affiliate marketer's dream.

Setting Impact to work with Shopify was one of the easiest parts of setting up our Impact account. This was just a quick install through the app and our product catalog was sent to Impact. Quick and easy!

Impact has been so amazing so far! We got to experience going into their office in NYC and everyone has been so sweet and helpful throughout this whole process. I have been working closely with Bianca and she has been amazing. It is very user friendly and easy to understand. The whole support team has been very quick to respond as well. We love impact!

Integrating our Shopify store with Impact was an absolute breeze, even though we were switching over from another affiliate platform. The step-by-step setup is very intuitive, even for people who are brand new to affiliate marketing. Most importantly, Impact's onboarding staff is incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions you may have.
