Just finished onboarding process and am thus far pleased with how efficient and easy it is to connect to Shopify!! A big plus for small business owners who do not have a in-house tech team. Taryn was my onboarding specialist and she was lovely to speak with as well.

Easy installation. On-Boarding is very simple and were able to get partners set up very fast.

Impact has proven to be a very user-friendly affiliate platform. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The onboarding process was smooth, and their responsive support team helped us get up and running quickly.

Platform was easy to use, they even gave personalized support with feedback in a timely manner when I had an issue and jumped on a call with me to help me work through it. Excited to continue to build on this platform.

I know Impact since 3 years ago, their platform is more friendly for users than other tradition platform. Their head of customer success, Li Hongya, works very seriously and is sincere to users. They are really trying to help brands get better and better. A good platform for me.

Impact is a good affiliate platform with visual data reports and complete functions, which is very convenient for related brands.

Very simple onboarding process and the Impact Tech team does most of the work. Just download the app, fill out a short form, and boom! you are connected. Alanna & Matt were extremely helpful and responsive. The whole process was super easy and only took a day or so.

After careful consideration of various alternatives, we ultimately decided to opt for Impact, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our choice. I just finished onboarding to Impact and the process was a breeze. Max was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and help me through the tech piece of it. Since I'm new to the platform I can't fully speak to how it functions overall, but it is clearly a very robust piece of software. The PXA tutorials are definitely worth watching.

We decided to move our affiliate program from another Shopify App over to Impact this past month. Although it's more expensive, it's a much more robust piece of software and does exactly what we want as an 8 figure brand. The onboarding process has been very easy and everything went very smoothly. Their team (we worked with Bianca & Tom) were both super helpful. Highly recommend Impact!

We transitioned our affiliate platform to Impact a little over a year ago, and our only complaint is that we didn't do it sooner. We love the self-service aspect it provides to our partners, and all the functionality on our end, which makes managing a robust and complicated program like ours a breeze. Their support team is the best in the business too. I've never waited more than a few minutes for a response from their chat/ticket window and our personal CSM, Corey, has played a huge factor in the success of our program to date. We highly recommend Impact and their team to anyone exploring affiliate!
