Reviews Summary
The PH CSV Import & Inventory Update app has received mixed reviews from users. While some customers praise its ease of use, excellent customer support, and efficiency in importing and exporting CSV files, others have had negative experiences with the app failing to meet expectations and encountering disrespectful support. Positive themes include the app's user-friendly interface, quick import/export process, and helpful customer service. On the other hand, negative themes revolve around the app's failure to honor templates, issues with metafield exports, and poor support interactions. Despite the mixed feedback, the app seems to be beneficial for managing bulk product imports and exports, especially for users dealing with a large number of products on Shopify.

I had a terrible experience with the PH CSV Import & Inventory Update app. Not only did the app fail to meet my expectations, but the support team was also incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in handling my issues. I reached out for help, and instead of getting the assistance I needed, I was treated poorly. As a business owner, I rely on Shopify apps to help streamline my processes, but this app and its support team have caused more problems than solutions. I strongly recommend that Shopify review this app and consider removing it from the App Store, as it fails to provide the level of service expected.

It's a great app and easy to set up, and excellent support. I highly recommend it. Congratulations

the good: easy to use, free if you're only doing a few products the bad: doesn't honor templates, doesn't always get the draft/active status right, and only imports a single photo Kind of a pain in the neck but it's marginally better than a plain csv import.
I've sent you an email from [email protected] these are all simple problems and I can fix them tonight. * the app CAN do multiple images -- however they have to be in separate columns "image 1", "image 2", etc. I have a hunch your CSV was putting all images in one column, separated by a comma or semicolon. * the draft/active status should always be right. Can I see the CSV you're trying to use? (app doesn't save CSVs on server).

This CSV field mapping app is the best one I have tried on Shopify. It works the first time and the customer service is excellent. If you need something you can email and they will help you get it to work how you need it to. This app is much easier to use than it's competitors in the App Store. I highly recommend!
