I had a terrible experience with the PH CSV Import & Inventory Update app. Not only did the app fail to meet my expectations, but the support team was also incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in handling my issues. I reached out for help, and instead of getting the assistance I needed, I was treated poorly. As a business owner, I rely on Shopify apps to help streamline my processes, but this app and its support team have caused more problems than solutions. I strongly recommend that Shopify review this app and consider removing it from the App Store, as it fails to provide the level of service expected.

I was emailing with you and I could import the CSV file for you, but you decided not to reply to me

It says that it can import and export metafield's. The app cannot export variant JSON metafield's.
