This app never clearly stated in its plan details that it only allows access to 20 Amazon reviews. I consider this deceptive, tricking users into upgrading their plans. After realizing even the upgraded plan couldn't meet my needs, I emailed to request a refund but received no response whatsoever.

Warning: Fraudulent App – Do Not Install! I want to strongly warn other Shopify merchants about this app. The developers of EZ Amazon Reviews Importer are dishonest and abusive. Here is what happened in my case: On July 19, 2025, I approved the Pro Plan subscription for $11.95 every 30 days. I only used the app for about a week (7–10 days). After finishing my work, I downgraded to the free plan. Later, I requested my data from the developers. They told me that I must pay again for the Pro Plan in order to access my own data. I refused because I did not want to pay twice. On August 14, 2025, they sent me part of my data, but it was incomplete and not in the format I requested. Despite being on the free plan, on August 16, 2025, they charged my account around $16 USD. I reported this to Shopify Support, who told me to request a refund directly from the developers. However, the developers ignored my emails for days and then refused to refund me. Even though my account has been on the free plan for nearly a month, they keep charging me. This behavior is fraudulent and a clear violation of Shopify’s policies. No customer on a free plan should ever be charged. Keeping my payment information and charging me without authorization is unacceptable and dangerous. My warning to all merchants: Do NOT install this app. They will keep your credit card information. They will charge you even after you downgrade to the free plan. They ignore refund requests and provide no real support. I have reported this issue to Shopify as a case of fraud, and I will also take legal action against the developers. Shopify should not allow scammers like this to operate in the App Store. Until Shopify takes action, please protect yourself and your business by avoiding this app completely.

We have already processed your refund, even though your usage of the app was not aligned with its intended purpose. You upgraded your plan to import reviews from Amazon, and shortly after, you canceled the subscription while requesting us to provide the exported data for use in another app. Even in this situation, we did our best to support you, explained the process clearly, and issued a refund. We kindly hope that our efforts demonstrate our commitment to customer support and fairness.

In free plan, it says "20 Reviews / Product". but they don't tell you it is only for 5 products.

i buy your pro plan but i am very disappointed with your app. stars not showing in products list, collection page , homepage, just on product page. also i watch your video and set happy customer page when i click its show me we accept all type of payment like seriously , i email you but did not get any response from you.. very bad
