They have hidden the unsubscribe cancelation button so you cant cancel. terrible app, limited products to import.
Hi Belldecors, According to our records, you installed Importify on October 8, 2025, at 2:29 pm and uninstalled it at 2:42 pm — just 13 minutes later. Since the onboarding process itself usually takes 5–7 minutes, it’s unclear when exactly you had the chance to actually try the app’s features. To clarify, canceling a subscription only requires uninstalling the app from your Shopify store, which you already did successfully. We didn’t receive any support request from you, so we’d love to understand what “limited products” you encountered during that short trial.
