The trial is terrible- I asked for a refund because I didn’t want be charged … please refund
I just installed the app and paid $27.95 to use it. However, after using it for one day, I realized that the app does not sync inventory, which was the main feature I needed. Because of this, the app is unfortunately not useful for my requirements, and it has been a waste of money for me. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue or arrange a refund, as the app did not perform the function it was expected to provide.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Importify is a product import tool — it helps you import products from suppliers into your store, but it does not include inventory sync functionality. We're sorry this wasn't clear before you subscribed. Please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to arrange a refund for you.
They have hidden the unsubscribe cancelation button so you cant cancel. terrible app, limited products to import.
Hi Belldecors, According to our records, you installed Importify on October 8, 2025, at 2:29 pm and uninstalled it at 2:42 pm — just 13 minutes later. Since the onboarding process itself usually takes 5–7 minutes, it’s unclear when exactly you had the chance to actually try the app’s features. To clarify, canceling a subscription only requires uninstalling the app from your Shopify store, which you already did successfully. This app has so many issues. I am not able to copy from any website. Also, there is no quick way to contact customer service. They also do not have a chat feature just a list of FAQs which is not helpful to those who need help right away. Do not get this app unless you like issues and spending money on apps that do not deliver.
Sorry for the bad experience, 1. According to Shopify you spent 28 minutes using the app, 2. We did not receive an email from you regarding the issue. 3. We tried to contact you via chat and email and we didn't get any response. UPDATE: The app still has massive issues for me. Its not reliable! I have used this app for many couple years now. I would like to see tracking of inventory feature soon on it but otherwise, its great importer. I had an issue, and the customer service including the developer fixed it even on the weekend which is their time off. The app owner is highly professional, and very helpful. Thank you Moshe for your help & bringing this app to business owners. UPDATE: SINCE my first review its been two months and I would like refund for all my stores which the app does not work or do what is supposed to do.
