If you import products from Amazon, All variants have the same asin as sku number. This has a fatal impact on Google shopping and FB.

English: I have a difficult problem to switch my importfy from my first account to the second , the support was fast and great. Thank you for the service . Francais : J'avais un problème pour transférer ma licence depuis mon premier compte vers le second , j'étais vraiment stréssé à l'idée de payer deux licences. Le support m'a répondu rapidement et m'a indiqué ce qu'il fallait faire. Je leur remercie de leur réactivité . Cdt

The add button always missing in some listed websites, such as overstock.com. I tried everything, very frustrated.
Sorry for the bad experience, we sent you a video showing you that everything is working just fine on our side (https://tinyurl.com/y5ndnfyl), at the same time asking you to contact us via chat, but we didn't get any reply, we would be happy to help you with the issue you are facing, but in order to understand why you are facing this we need to use a remote desktop.

This app was exactly what I was looking for and is SO easy to use. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend Importify to anyone wanting an easier way to find and add products.

Great app for importing products from suppliers, customer support is good and overall it does what i need it to do. there is always a place for improvement, but i can definitely recommend it.

Very good customer service and very accessible.... And when they make a mistake, they don't try to pretend they are perfect. They recognise where the mistake come from, apologise and take action to fixe things... And fixe them quickly and for better. Highly recommend it

This is a great app that works flawlessly for me. It is well designed and a huge time-saver when you have a lot of products to import and fulfill. It also has extra options that competition does not carry, like UPC/EAN import field for example, that are crucial to my business. On top of that, the support team is really amazing: quick to reply, nice and super helpful. They went the extra-mile to solve my specific problems and did it in a very timely manner. I was really excited about this app because they have a lot of dropshipping vendors I wanted. At first I had a issue when I tried to use the app but I contacted the developer and the response was quick and efficient everything seems to be working well, so far so good

Importify is giving dropshipping a great reputation. A lot of suppliers are hesitant with dropshipping but this app helps the process to move smoothly. It is easy to use and easy to add product from the supplier's website. I am excited to see how this app is going to continue to grow. (Maybe can think about having a bulk uploading feature if that is possible.) Super happy and I am excited to add Editorify and Inventorify to get the full dropshipping package. Curious to see how this is going to turn out and look forward to writing another review about my experience.

This app is really worth it. We've built our entire store around it so far and it's a really seamless ordering process. From top to bottom it's been a great experience, we started wit the basic and upgraded to the premium now that we love it! No complaints at all! http://see-soul.com

Great app for dropshipping, very easy to use with awesome customer support. Support team replies very fast. I wish they can add inventory and price monitor to the supplier channels on importify. Their support team listens to their merchants concerns and work to improve and guarantee customer satisfaction.
