Great app for importing products from suppliers, customer support is good and overall it does what i need it to do. there is always a place for improvement, but i can definitely recommend it.

Very good customer service and very accessible.... And when they make a mistake, they don't try to pretend they are perfect. They recognise where the mistake come from, apologise and take action to fixe things... And fixe them quickly and for better. Highly recommend it

This is a great app that works flawlessly for me. It is well designed and a huge time-saver when you have a lot of products to import and fulfill. It also has extra options that competition does not carry, like UPC/EAN import field for example, that are crucial to my business. On top of that, the support team is really amazing: quick to reply, nice and super helpful. They went the extra-mile to solve my specific problems and did it in a very timely manner. I was really excited about this app because they have a lot of dropshipping vendors I wanted. At first I had a issue when I tried to use the app but I contacted the developer and the response was quick and efficient everything seems to be working well, so far so good

Importify is giving dropshipping a great reputation. A lot of suppliers are hesitant with dropshipping but this app helps the process to move smoothly. It is easy to use and easy to add product from the supplier's website. I am excited to see how this app is going to continue to grow. (Maybe can think about having a bulk uploading feature if that is possible.) Super happy and I am excited to add Editorify and Inventorify to get the full dropshipping package. Curious to see how this is going to turn out and look forward to writing another review about my experience.

Great app for dropshipping, very easy to use with awesome customer support. Support team replies very fast. I wish they can add inventory and price monitor to the supplier channels on importify. Their support team listens to their merchants concerns and work to improve and guarantee customer satisfaction.

totally wast of time and energy, if you are starting with drop and dont want problens for you, dont use this app. it is not worthy and it is not trustable. it only gave me headache. If you want to insist, go for it, but really, i dont recommend. read the comments in this part and you will see why, and trust me, it is a lot worst. you are welcome.

This app lets you copy all of the content on a product page such as amazon or etsy, and add that product info to your site. It doesn't offer any way to get the products at a wholesale price, or at least to automatically fulfill orders. So if you are using this app, you are just selling stuff on your site that people can get cheaper on Etsy or Amazon. This app is properly executed from an engineering perspective, but functionally useless and morally questionable.

Unbelievable customer service. I highly recommend this app and every app from Importify. Within just a couple hours they were in contact with me had the issue I was having solved with a video walkthrough and they answered other questions on the spot. I've never received customer service that was this good. The apps are responsive and work great. Everything as advertised and I'm just scratching the surface.

Easy to install and set up. I had a few questions and received email back within a few minutes. having more sources to dropship from is defiantly a huge benefit. Love Importify and will be using it on more stores.

the 2 stars cuz this app offer to import product from different website but put in mind that you do order thru the app and you have to change order status to shipped manually also updating tracking number manually and the semi auto-fill half of the time doesn't work and support sometime answer fast and most of the time you Waite hours if not days ,,, and there is no live chat or phone customer service so it's only emails ... i have the gold plan and it's not worth it at all im looking for other alternative to worth with
