Mike helped me on a Saturday night and followed up again on a Sunday morning when I wouldn't expect anyone to be available. We resolved the issue and he was super prompt with responses!

I used this app to import drop-shipping items from Alibaba into my store. The app made it compatible and easy to do. The app is very user friendly.

Using it for Costco.ca. Was originally not working due to changes from Costco, but support team bring the issue and addressed it in 2 weeks time. All the while support is quick, friendly and patient with the reply. Doesn't work perfectly yet but 5 stars for the service and I am sure they will keep on improving the app.

The product itself it's very good, but unfortunately hasn't met my use case. But the customer service it's fast and helped me a lot with my questions.

Perfect, significantly reduces my time spent to import products, i'd say by about 65%. Also the support is above and beyond, resolved an issue (late at night) within 30 mins.

Customer service is A+. Received assistance with a resolution within 30 minutes. Customer Support was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint issues quickly. Love the application. Definitely recommend.

Great app for dropshipping, very easy to use with awesome customer support. Support team replies very fast. I wish they can add inventory and price monitor to the supplier channels on importify. Their support team listens to their merchants concerns and work to improve and guarantee customer satisfaction.

I only used the trail because I would be able to use this app only in a moth or so, but I am definitely going to us it and safe lots of time. it looks great!

Great app and great support. Very quick response and resolution. Great selection of import suppliers. App imports very well and is easy to use.
