FALSE ADVERTISING. The most annoying thing ever is when something is promoted as being free, but you can't even use it unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Sure, you can download it and install it on the store. You can create a form and save it. But you can't actually publish it on your site until you upgrade and pay. THIS ISN'T FREE!
