Great app, even lets you see the exact pages the customer visited prior to contacting you. Works great in our store! www.aerialtech.com

Easy to use, works well. Would be nice to be able to customise the design/colour of the button on the Contact Us page (app allows you to change the design of the overlay at the bottom of your site, but not the red button on the Contact Us page itself). Great app. Easy to use and it gives us a lot of information. Wish I could replace the Shopify contact form with this one.

This is exactly what we needed. MUCH better contact form than any others I've come across, and it's FREE! Can't ask for much more. Easy to setup as well. Thank you!

I love this app! Even though I have my contact information on my site, it gives my customers 24x7 an easy method to contact me. I like the option of customizing the colors. Great app - thank you!!!

Great app! Easy to install, easy to customize text before the contact form. My favourite feature is that the app will tell you which pages has the visitor been to before leaving a message using the contact form.

Worked very well until it didn't. Won't forward the messages any more, I have to visit the app to access them. No good.

Idea behind it is good, but the app itself does not work very well, stagnates on pages and only half loads, not very feature rich, would prefer a solution that works which is generally why if somethings free does not usually mean its good. Its ok for mom and pop websites, if you can make it work, good luck, ive just uninstalled it. edit: alot of positive reviews here look kind of suspicious for this app.

We get many more contacts than before adding the "contact us" button to the store, and lots of those lead to sales we'd have lost otherwise. It's does the job and doesn't have any monthly limits like some of the other free options.

Clean and neat design. Provides background on the sender such as the websites he/she has visited before, which is very useful in knowing what interests them. Furthermore, how they get to visit your store (source) is also made known to you! 5 stars for this!

Very easy point of contact for customers. Took me a minute to remember that emails with a weird subject line are actual questions from actual customers and not spam!
