Easy to use and set up. New features look good, just haven't used them just yet. It does it's job and does it well. Highly recommended.

This little app is super subtle and just clips onto the footer bar of your website. When you click on it it just opens as a pop up and looks very professional. Fits in really well with the clean style of my website and is just generally perfect!

Nice app, easy to set up, seems to work and deliver the contact forms. Has some theming options for the contact button. Keeps the sent messages in a list on the app page which is nice as a backup in case email filters do not let messages through.

Love the app. Its exactly what we need. I like how the contact form tells us something about our customers, so we are informed when responding to them.

It's a free app. Good if you just need a basic contact form and nothing fancy. Also a big plus is it shows what pages the customer viewed before contacting you. www.advantagesupplements.com

This app was actually recommended to me by Shopify Guru when I called in asking for some help setting up a direct message in my Contact Us page. Was quick to set up display and really easy to embed into our existing page. Thanks!

Check out my Contact Button (click our shop name above) I have a nice blue button that is always there, bottom left of screen. This is a must have app, no brainer! Get it, it rocks!!

Super simple, super useful. Love that you get information about where your customer was browsing before making contact - it makes life so much easier as customers aren't always the best at giving detail when making contact. Great that it stores messages in Shopify as well, so even if your email is playing up you can still get access. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future stores.

Unbelievably easy to set up, and works perfectly. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors to choose from. For example there's only one red that you can make the button and you can't make it lighter or darker. I had to go with grey because every other color was a little off.

Contact forms shouldn't be complicated and this one isn't. The app is simple and easy to use; exactly what we were looking for.
