Very good contact form. We have been using it for months now and have had no problems at all.

Super simple, super useful. Love that you get information about where your customer was browsing before making contact - it makes life so much easier as customers aren't always the best at giving detail when making contact. Great that it stores messages in Shopify as well, so even if your email is playing up you can still get access. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future stores.

Unbelievably easy to set up, and works perfectly. My only complaint is that there aren't more colors to choose from. For example there's only one red that you can make the button and you can't make it lighter or darker. I had to go with grey because every other color was a little off.

Contact forms shouldn't be complicated and this one isn't. The app is simple and easy to use; exactly what we were looking for.

Simple app, easy to use. It makes it easy for my customers to get in touch with me. I have had no issues so far.

Functional, but there is no class or ID on the hover button, so customising is made needlessly difficult. Sent a message to the developer to ask if one could be added, but haven't received a reply. If we could just get a class or ID on that blasted contact button, it'd be perfect, lol.

Please add a class or ID to the "Contact Us" button so that it can be targeted with CSS.

Easy to install and fits in well with your store. Great way for your customers to ask questions with ease. Nice app!

The app is fine but is completely useless if you use Google Apps for Business (gmail) as your e-mail provider. It threads every single message you get in to 1 giant email thread. I contacted the developer to let him know about the issue and he flippantly dismissed me. I'll look elsewhere for a solution.

Perfect! its set up in seconds with button design options to suit most layouts, sits on the bottom of each page nicely giving added customer confidence and guess what its free!!!!
