Erin Thompson Studio review for ICU• In Cart Upsell Cross Sell

I just started using this app last week, so I can't yet speak to its efficacy at upselling, but I have been VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service via the app's chat service -- Lasandra was so helpful refining the way my upsell appears. When I was asking for nit-picky things, she dove right in and created some custom CSS to do what I wanted. She stuck with me until I was 100% satisfied, even working with me on small tweaks over the course of a few days. I have not experienced high-quality, dedicated customer service like this in a long time. I look forward to seeing how the app performs!
