Our customers LOVE the "notify me when it's back in stock" feature. We love the ability to export data to csv. Well done!

This is a must have app for all online stores. Not only does it allow your customer to have the chance to let you know that they want a product that is sold out, it automatically will send that same customer an email when you restock the items! Don't let sales slip away when you are out of a product! It is a no brainer! :-)

This is a great app. People really do use it and it is a great way to collect emails. I gave it 4 stars, because I this could be one kick-butt app with a little improvement. It can can very easily be a 5+. One thing I would like to see is, who actually opened the emails, so then we can have the option of sending a second reminder. Thanks for all you do.

I have recently added this to my store so I cannot tell you how well it is working just yet, but I can say that I have had amazing support. Philip relocated the button to where I needed it and he matched it seamlessly with my store. I am looking forward to seeing results from this app shortly. A great idea.

It's a great app and most importantly it saves the most important thing we have... time! We used to get customer calls all the time asking, 'when will XXX' be back in stock and then we had to make a note of the customer's e-mail address and remember to let them know. This app saves all that hassle and we're amazed at how many customers have signed up to be notified. Far more than ever would have phoned us. We've also seen a real upsurge in sales as soon as the new stock arrives because the e-mails go out automatically to customers who are obviously waiting but we wouldn't have known. Automation, efficiency and maximising sales opportunities are the key to successful e-commerce and this app really helps on all fronts!

This has been one of the easiest apps we have installed and used to date! I was able to custom design (VERY EASILY!!) the pop-up window to match our theme, too.

A great app for allowing customers to sign up to be notified when a product is back in stock. Saves us time in having to answer emails asking about out-of-stock items. I only wish that the language in the templates was written in better English.

Wow! So simple and handy. I even use it in Hebrew; it has the feeling as if it were written for Hebrew's users; not the strange feeling that you get in most apps when you try to render the given app into rtl languages. I personally love this app! Our customers use it frequently because we sell out so darn fast due to high demand. It kind of builds up an anticipation when customers know when the product is restocked. Sales skyrocket the day of restock because the customers that have been waiting a long time immediately purchase once they receive the notification. Also, the app has been an incredible tool to see which items are highly in demand. I can track which customers are requesting which items the most. I'll tend to restock the items that are in most demand based off the in stock reminder app. We have had thousands of customers use this feature and glad I've implemented it into the store. The only criticism that I have for the actual app is the email notification the customer receives when the product is back in stock. The email is very generic looking and not really customizable. It doesn't feel personal or in tone with the brand I've created.

I have just started using the In-Stock app and it has paid for itself already - I have had 8 sales leads in the last two weeks that I would have otherwise missed out on.

So glad to be able to offer notification emails for restocked products. We have saved a bunch of sales that we would have lost without this app! Customer support for the app is what drove me to submit a review, though. They were quick to respond, and the customization work we needed done was complete in three business days - a fantastic turnaround time when you consider the back and forth of emails and the difference in time zone. Their prompt, helpful attitude made it a *really* pleasant experience.

It's a very simple and easy to use app. It would be even better if you would have more choices as of fonts and settings and could change all of it by yourself. Fortunately the support team is really helpful and fast in doing these changes for you.

I LOVE this app. It has helped us recover sales that might have been lost. It is one of only in stock reminder apps that includes a picture of the item for the customers! Support for this app is great! We used it on our Big Commerce store and were so happy to see it available for our Shopify store as well. Stop thinking about it and just install it. You won't be sorry.

Absolutely wonderful app and outstanding customer service. This app brings us a lot of revenue that would have been lost due to being out of stock. Our customers also love this feature.

Love this app! My customers enjoy using it too, as a great way to stay informed about new items coming in, or when stock is replenished. I can see easily in the back end which customers have asked to be notified about what products, so I can see which of my shop items are most in demand. I can also see when a notification has been sent to a customer, and whether they proceeded with their purchase or not. Another feature is to offer customers the option of how long they're willing to wait for a product to come back into stock. I don't use this because my stock can sometimes take longer to arrive from our overseas suppliers, but it's a fabulous way to let customers know we're thinking of them, and appreciate that no-one likes to wait too long for things they want. I'm looking forward to seeing new features in this app as it develops!
