This app only supports basic event tracking for Google Ads, and the integration with Google Analytics 4 is very limited—only rudimentary events are available, so full GA4 functionality is not supported. Setting up the Google Ads integration is overly complicated for non-technical users, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to get it working. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
Sorry to hear that. However, after our developer's review, we found that your theme does not follow Shopify's coding guidelines. As a result, Infinite Pixel Tracking cannot function properly on themes that aren't built according to Shopify's standard structure.
GTM Tags only fire on Firefox. They do not work in Chrome or Firefox.
Our app works on every device and browser. However, we noticed a contradiction in your statements—one says it works on Firefox, and another says it doesn't. Would you like to schedule a Zoom meeting? We can guide you through how it works and clear up any confusion
So bad experience. My google ads tracking exist some issues from this app. And I asked for help with their technical staff, they promise to help solve this issues in 24 hours. I tried to contact to them to inquiry about the progress after 24 hours and they read my messages and not reply to me. So bad experience! Not recommend!!!
