This app makes the entire process of creating orders that are to be sent out to influencers super easy. I love the fact that it uses AI to parse emails between our team and the influencers we reach out to in order to fill their shipping information. Also very convenient that I can create new orders or affiliate discounts directly from the IH web app and it syncs directly to my Shopify store. The support team is also very knowledgeable and can help you through any issues but I feel the platform is quite intuitive that I rarely even need to reach out in the first place. Everything is laid out clearly, and it only takes a few minutes to go from setting up an influencer collaboration to actually getting an order pushed through to fulfillment. Overall, it’s saved us a ton of time and removed a lot of the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with.

We’ve been using Influencer Hero for three years now, and it has become an essential part of our workflow. First and foremost, the quality of support is outstanding. There is always a dedicated manager ready to jump in and resolve any issues. For a marketing team, knowing that you have reliable backup is crucial, and they never disappoint. Secondly, I love how the platform evolves. The frequency of updates and their quick response to market trends are impressive. The app is constantly updated, and they are always rolling out 'cool' new features that keep us ahead of the curve. Finally, the internal platform itself is excellent. We work extensively with bloggers, and this app truly makes our lives easier by streamlining every step of the process. Influencer Hero is an incredibly efficient platform for managing and onboarding influencers all in one place. The dashboard is user-friendly and far more effective than tools that rely on DMs or TikTok Shop affiliates, which can be limiting. The ability to send mass emails has been a huge asset for our team, especially as we manage two brands through the platform. It’s perfect for large-scale gifting and outreach, making the entire process seamless. Their customer service is exceptional,our rep, Teresita, is truly amazing and always goes above and beyond to support us.

I absolutely love this software! I especially love the feature that allows you to load data reports from any influencer in order to evaluate clicks and engagements. The onboarding was seamless with the help of their amazing customer service team! They were available at anytime for assistance and were always quick to respond :) It is very user friendly and ideal for mass campaigns and mass-gifting.

IH delivers! What really impresses us is the user interface. They've taken a very complex process and simplified it on a very easy to use and intuitive platform. Every little part of the process has been thought of and the integrations with shopify are fantastic. Influencer Hero is a great tool to finding, onboarding, and managing influencers all in one platform. Their dashboard is particularly useful to see where in the relationship a particular influencer is, whether you've reached out to them versus if they've posted on their socials. If you need a platform to mass gifting or have a mass outreach, their platform helps you do that with just a click of a button. The only drawback is that it is more difficult to onboard 1 creator without creating a separate campaign for them. Overall, there are many capabilities to utilize here.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and the app offers features that others lack. I'm optimistic that I'll find enough value in the app to justify its cost, especially given its user-friendly interface. I hope future updates will include more automation features, particularly with AI, as many administrative tasks within the app could be fully automated to save even more time.
