It worked a few times and then stopped working
Hi SEMILAC USA, For full transparency: You’ve been using ShipGuard since August 2025 while the platform was completely free. On February 10, we introduced official pricing and provided a 7-day grace period until February 17. During that time, multiple notifications were sent via: • In-app billing banners • Email reminders Our system also shows the app was accessed several times during the grace period, where the billing notice was clearly visible. After February 17, Shopify automatically disables the widget when no plan is selected. This is a billing requirement — not a malfunction. We offer a Pay-As-You-Go plan with no monthly subscription, specifically designed to keep costs flexible for merchants. For nearly two years, we covered all infrastructure, server, and support costs ourselves while merchants collected protection revenue. Introducing pricing was necessary to sustain and continue improving the platform. We remain available if you would like to reactivate and continue. — ShipGuard Team

(Updated Review) I want to update my previous review and clarify that the issue I experienced was not caused by ShipGuard, but by my store’s theme setup. After checking with the developer and reviewing their performance metrics, I realized the app works perfectly and does not slow down the store. It’s actually a great tool; easy to use, fully integrated with Shopify, and best of all, it’s free. It helped me secure hundreds of orders and added real value to my shop. Thanks to the support team for helping me understand the setup better!

This app is a keeper! The app is simple and super easy to use—no fuss, just quick, effective functionality. Even better, customer service responds lightning-fast. Had a small issue, reached out, and got a helpful reply in minutes. Highly recommend!

Great APP and after a few days I've created an amount of revenue. I have used their tech support and they seem very good. Sign of a good team and hopefully I will be able to use more of their services.

The app has so many bugs. 1- Custom tags get removed automatically after 2-3 hours. 2- Analytics report was showing incorrect data, which we later get that fixed. 3- If you are excluding some products, they are getting removed automatically from the app after 2-3 hours. Support team's response/resolution time is extremely slow...
