We are so pleased with the results of using Insider so far. Insider has helped to improve our customer engagement and conversion for both BUA and in promotional periods. We use Insider’s website template options, Insta stories templates and site search solutions quite a lot. These solutions have given our website a new look that provides an eye catchy and interactive feel. This has helped generate more conversions with easier product discovery. The CSMs are also very supportive in guiding us through campaign creation, setup and activation stages.
