Desde o começo da parceria, temos tido dificuldades para termos todos os processos redondos na Insider. Passamos meses discutindo limitações da API da Shopify no envio de dados, sendo que esse é o tipo de problema de quem desenvolve o app, não do cliente. Em outros assuntos que surgem, eventualmente alguém do suporte me pergunta sobre como enviamos dados para a Insider, e tenho que lembrá-los que não desenvolvemos a integração, mas que usamos o app da própria Insider, eles é quem precisam saber como o app funciona. Talvez meu e-commerce possua volume de dados maior do que o esperado pela Insider na comunicação através do app, mas de novo - essas questões precisam ser resolvidas pelo time de desenvolvimento da Insider, por quem fez o app.

La integración de nuestros sitios web con Insider nos ha traído importantes mejoras en el engagement y un incremento notable en las conversiones. Insider integra diversos elementos visuales que fortalecen la experiencia del usuario, como plantillas web, recordatorios de carrito abandonado, formularios de registro al newsletter y un sistema de envío de emails sencillo e intuitivo. Además, su equipo se mantiene siempre atento y disponible para cubrir cualquier necesidad.

When we started working Insider, there was no CRM and Martech strategy for us. All the channels were disconnected and were working isolated from each other. By using Insider, we managed to integrate all the channels in one platform that centralizes every event/interaction with the digital assets of our brand. We are using Insider’s Email, WhatsApp, SMS, On-site, Web Push, SmartReco, MindBehind, and Architect. We’ve connected the WhatsApp marketing campaigns with our Chatbot + HelpDesk tool to bring a better service experience through this channel. The team was also super supportive through the Onboarding process, with a dedicated team assisting. Insider’s third-party integration capabilities are also pretty good. And beyond that, we also get dedicated support from CSM & OXT teams.
