When we started working Insider, there was no CRM and Martech strategy for us. All the channels were disconnected and were working isolated from each other. By using Insider, we managed to integrate all the channels in one platform that centralizes every event/interaction with the digital assets of our brand. We are using Insider’s Email, WhatsApp, SMS, On-site, Web Push, SmartReco, MindBehind, and Architect. We’ve connected the WhatsApp marketing campaigns with our Chatbot + HelpDesk tool to bring a better service experience through this channel. The team was also super supportive through the Onboarding process, with a dedicated team assisting. Insider’s third-party integration capabilities are also pretty good. And beyond that, we also get dedicated support from CSM & OXT teams.
