POWR Instagram Feed Instafeed

This review is a 4.5. 5 stars for customer service. 4 stars for the app service itself. I purchased this App because I wanted to install my "X" feed to my website. There was no indication that "X" was not available at the time of purchase (4 stars because the app worked well with the other social feed I used). Then, I contacted customer service and was told the "X" feed is being worked on right now because of the API requirements that were implemented by "X". So, I asked for additional service time and was given 90 extra days until the "X" feed is available. Good job on them for giving the extra service time without any hesitation.

It took a day or two to get an answer, but the answer was the right solution, so thank you for your help there. I just wonder what will happen if this happens to customers. That the app shows that social media is blocked.

I used the app on my website so I can share my social feed. I think this helps customers connect with our products.

So far so good. My feed is across the bottom of my website but I think its still loading up. It looks like it will complete the load and be exactly what I was looking for.

Easy setup and fast to use so far no issues. Have not yet upgraded as we are still experimenting with what we need.

Integrated very easily, will pull your posts directly to your Shopify page with an easy embed code and it looks good. One recommendation would be to have an option for displaying engagement. Likes, social shares and comments.

LOOKS GREAT ON THE HOMEPAGE. FEED DOESNT SHOW UP ON THE INSIDE PAGES, DESPITE THE CODING.
