I have set everything up but didn't get a reply from them as it's not showing on our product page. On the home page it's showing with a huge errors. Support is bad and charging they will. Please solve it!

Hello, thank you for reaching out. We can see that both tickets were replied to on Feb 12th, the same day you contacted us. Can you please check Ryamonds email and confirm the spam folder? You should also be able to find our answers inside the app, click on the "Contact us" widget and check past conversations. We have also sent you a request to access the store in case you need help. The issue you are seeing is caused by the CSS code your store added to the theme. We'll send you another email with additional details.
