I uninstalled this app November 25. They charged me for a whoe new month after I clearly canceled! I will be disputing.

Charges are done by Shopify directly and not by app developers. Your billing cycle runs from Nov 19, 2025 – Dec 19, 2025 and you cancelled our app on Nov 25, after your billing cycle started. For that reason, Shopify charged you for the final month. The best way to get a refund for these cases is always to contact our Support team directly. Thank you.
